Chef Bernard's philosophy of using fresh, local ingredients, from the fields to the plate in the same day has created a loyal and dedicated following. Our bistro has an open kitchen concept, entertaining the clientele while showcasing our seasonally fresh food. Ciao-Thyme preserves are an intrical part of our menu and may be purchased from our retail display as an unique souvenir of Whistler.

The Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with dinner service (In B.B.K.'s Pub), featuring fresh sheet menus, and B.C. Estate Wines. The Bistro seats 31, and in the summer, triples in size with a 60 seat patio.

Guests are surrounded by a garden of herbs, flowers and vegetables, enjoying a quieter side of Whistler.

CIAO-THYME BISTRO offers full catering service, in the Bistro or in private homes. If you prefer a quieter setting, enjoy all the same delicious menu items in our pub (B.B.K.'s), located right next door!
